Q:

How do I set up my voicemail box so I can push the voicemail button and it will dial directly to my voicemail number?
| A:
When you first attempt to retrieve a voicemail message, the phone will prompt you to enter and store your voicemail number. This number is typically the same first six digits of your phone number plus 6245 (+1 NPA-NXX-6245). Be sure to enter the "+" before the 1 and area code so the phone can access international dialing codes.Back To Top >>

Q:
Occasionally when I call into my voicemail while roaming, I hear "Please enter the number of the subscriber you are trying to reach," and I have to reenter my number. Why does this happen?
| A:
Sometimes international network providers do not pass Caller ID with incoming calls. Without caller ID, the Sprint voicemail system is unable to recognize which mailbox you would like to reach and asks you to reenter the number. Simply reenter your phone number at that point to access your voicemail.Back To Top >>

Q:

My i930 phone has a triangle in the status bar when I am out of my home market and travelling internationally. What does this mean?
| A:
The triangle on your i930 indicates that the phone is in roaming mode. While in the U.S., the triangle will appear whenever you are out of your home market. Sprint does not charge for domestic roaming. However while overseas, the triangle will also appear and you will be billed the applicable roaming charge for that country. Back To Top >>
