Q:  Will my wireless number automatically be included in a "wireless 411" service?
A:  For those interested in the upcoming service, we will provide a choice to be included in the wireless directory. Sprint customers will receive notification of how the wireless directory will work, including instructions on how to opt-in to the directory. Sprint will not include any customer in the wireless directory assistance service unless that customer asks to be included through verifiable means.
Once a customer's number is included in the service, they'll have the ability to opt-out, or to remove their number, at any time. This means the customer has complete control.

Wireless customers can sign up for "Do Not Call" by dialing 888-382-1222 from the phone they want to add to the list, or by visiting www.ftc.gov.
