Q:  Which phones can I register using the Total Account Registration tool?
A:  You may register any unregistered phone on the account. Registered phones are not displayed in the Total Account Registration tool.

Q:  How do I know whether there are phones I can register on the account?
A:  If phones do not exist for the account, you will receive the following error message when you enter an account number: No handsets exist for this account.

Q:  I am not receiving any of the confirmation emails for my registration requests.
A:  Make sure your email on record is accurate and up-to-date. The email on record is displayed on the Total Account Registration home page. Click the Update email address link.

Q:  How do I register more than 100 phones at a time?
A:  If you have more than 100 phones and you want to register all the phones, select the Register All Phones on the Nextel Account link on the Total Account Registration Selection page.
If you want to register more than 100 phones but want to select specific phones, select the Choose Specific Phones on the Nextel Account to Register and select the desired phones to register. If you have additional phones, repeat the registration process for the additional phones.

Q:  I am receiving an error message when I enter information in the Total Account Registration Input page.
A:  The information is pre-populated with the billing account information on record. If you are manually entering the Member Name and Mailing Address, be sure the Member Name field does not contain special characters.

Q:  How do I view past registration request results?
A:  There are two ways to view registration requests for the past 30 days:
Click on the link in the notification email or
From the Total Account Registration home page, select the View Completed Total Account Registration Requests link.
