Q:
How are shared usage adjustments calculated?
| A:
The percentage of total overages for the account generated by the subscriber will determine the percentage of the credit received in the Shared Usage Adjustment for each subscriber. The calculation remains the same regardless of the presentation of the adjustment on the Account or on the Subscribers.
In this example, if Subscriber 1 generates 10% of the overage, Subscriber 2 generates 60% overage and Subscriber 3 generates 30% overage, each will receive the respective amount of credit as an adjustment. Note that the total minutes credited back will not be more than the combined shared usage minutes. Back To Top >>
