Q:  How many folders and bookmarks can I store in the Folder Tree?
A:  My View has a maximum capacity of 200 folders and bookmarks, including those on your original Wireless Data Services homepage. Additional items can be added until capacity is reached.

Q:  How do I know if there are too many items in my Folder Tree?
A:  If you attempt to store more than 200 items, you will receive a warning message. An item count is not displayed on the web site.

Q:  What is a Nextel-controlled folder or site link?
A:  Any site link or folder that is included with your Wireless Data Services is considered Nextel-controlled.

Q:  What happens to Nextel-controlled folders or site links when I customize my home page?
A:  Once a home page has been customized, subsequent content or service additions to any Nextel-controlled folders (Marketplace, Web Sites, etc.) will be displayed at the bottom of the appropriate folder.

Q:  What happens to Nextel-controlled folders that I hide from my home page?
A:  Nextel routinely adds new content and services to the folders provided with your Wireless Data Services. Content added to Nextel-controlled folders that you have hidden will display on the My View Web page but will be hidden from your phone's home page.

Q:  Can I delete any site or folder I don't use?
A:  Sites and folders included with your Wireless Data Services cannot be deleted. However, most of these sites and folders can be edited, moved or "hidden" from view on your phone.

Q:  What does a locked site mean?
A:  A locked site is a site provided with your Wireless Data Services that cannot be moved, hidden, deleted or edited. nextel.com is a locked site.

Q:  I forgot to send my changes to my phone. Are they lost?
A:  No, your changes will remain on the My View Web site and will automatically appear on your home page within five days.

Q:  Will my phone alert me to the changes I made to my Wireless Data Services home page? Will the phone prompt me to accept the changes?
A:  No. You do not need to accept the changes before they are made to your Wireless Data Services home page. Once you send the changes to your phone, the next time you access Wireless Data Services and data is transferred, your new home page will display. If you did not click Send to Phone, the new home page will automatically appear on your phone within five days.
