Yes, you can add ring tones and wallpaper to the Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone. Log in to your MySprint account and click Digital Media. You also can purchase content from your handset. To access the download menus:
- Press OK > My Content.
- Select the type of file you wish to download (Games, Ringers, Screen Savers, or Applications).
- Select Get New and press OK.
To access the download menus from the Web browser:
- From the home page, select Downloads.
- Navigate to find what you are looking for.

Yes, there are some differences between Nextel Two-Way Text Messaging and SMS Text Messaging on the Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone. For most customers, you will experience the fast connection and easy-to-use interface.
For some business customers who were heavy users of the advanced features of the Nextel Two-Way Text Messaging, the hybrid phone does not provide the following features:
Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone SMS Text Messaging has a limit of 160 characters per message.
The Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone SMS Text Messaging does not support embedded replies.
The Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone SMS Text Messaging does not support read receipts.
The Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone SMS Text Application does not support HTTP interface or SNPP Protocol.
