Complete the following steps to delete a template:
- From the Templates page, select the "delete" icon next to the corresponding template you wish to delete.
- You will receive a confirmation message, "Are you sure you wish to delete this template?" Select "OK."
- You will be returned to the Templates home page and the deleted template will no longer appear.

Why are some of the entries on the Template All Entries page in red?

Your Phone can only hold a maximum of 250 - 600 entries depending on the phone type. The number of entries you have added to your Template combined with the number of entries sent in a template are close to exceeding the maximum number of entries. A template may overwrite those entries appearing in red if additional template entries are added. If the entries are overwritten, the entry will no longer appear in your Phone, but they will remain in your Address Book.Back To Top >>

Can other administrators use or send a template that I created?

Primary account administrators can edit, delete or send templates that other primary account administrators created. In essence, they share authority. Additionally, primary account administrators have the option to allow secondary Administrators to use their templates.
