Q:  Does Sprint 411 offer any services other than just phone numbers?
A:  In addition to business and residential listed phone numbers, Sprint 411 operators are able to offer movie listings, restaurant reservations, driving directions and event information. Reservations can be made with any restaurant that accepts reservations that do not require a deposit. In some cases, Sprint 411 operators can also provide alternative numbers or locations for select listings.

Q:  For what locations can a Sprint 411 operator provide information?
A:  Sprint 411 can provide you with listings within the Continental U.S. and Hawaii. Requests for Canada, Alaska, and International listings will be referred to other sources.

Q:  In what locations can I receive Sprint 411 service?
A:  You will automatically receive Sprint 411 service when you dial 411 from your Nextel phone anywhere within the Nextel National Network.

Q:  What happens if I dial an area code + 555-1212 rather than 411 from my Nextel phone?
A:  If you dial an area code within the Continental U.S. or Hawaii, the call will be answered by Sprint 411 operators, just as if you had dialed 411 from your phone. If you dial 555-1212 using an area code for Canada, Alaska, or the Caribbean, the call will be referred to a different directory assistance source.

Q:  Who do I call if I need to change or cancel a restaurant reservation?
A:  Sprint 411 can take care of any requests to change or cancel a reservation made through them. Or, since the reservation is in your name, you can call the restaurant directly.

Q:  How do Sprint 411 charges appear on my bill?
A:  Charges for Sprint 411 and a completed call will appear as a single call on your invoice call detail section. It will appear as a normal call and will include both time spent with the operator and total airtime used.

Q:  What is the difference between the Sprint 411 and Wireless 411 services?
A:  Sprint Directory Assistance 411 service offers business and residential phone numbers as well as movie listings, restaurant reservations, driving directions and event information. The Wireless 411 service is a directory of wireless phone numbers. Customers may ask to have their numbers included in directory assistance in a manner similar to wireline 411 service.

Q:  What is new about 411?
A:  In addition to great services like phone numbers, movie listings and driving directions, etc., you can now access information on lottery results, horoscopes, traffic and ATM locations. Three pieces of information per call are allowed.

A:  Sprint and Nextel have come together as one company to continue to provide the most beneficial 411 services to you, our customer.

Q:  Has the price of 411 calls ($1.79) changed?
A:  No, Each call is just $1.79, including airtime.

Q:  Can I request restaurant reservations?
A:  Yes. Just ask us to make a reservation for participating restaurants and we will confirm the reservation with you.

Q:  Can I still have the number repeated if I don't hear it the first time (Number back)?
A:  This service - pressing "2" to hear a number again - is temporarily unavailable. But it should be restored in the first quarter of 2006.

Q:  Will I be connected to the number I request at the end of the call?
A:  Yes. You will be connected to your requested number at no additional charge. Standard airtime rates apply.

Q:  Can I go back to a live operator by pressing the star (*) key (Starback)?
A:  This feature is no longer available. But the Number back option, available in the first quarter of 2006, should help you if you missed the number the first time.

Q:  If I receive a busy signal, or the phone rings and there's no answer at the number I requested, can I get back to an operator?
A:  You will have to place another 411 call to ask for a new number.

Q:  Can I receive an SMS text message of the phone number I've requested?
A:  Sprint Nextel is modifying its 411 SMS service. Estimated restoration of this service is expected in the first quarter of 2006. We appreciate your patience during this time.
