An administration fee may apply if an order is cancelled; any shipping charges incurred will be charged to the customer. Failure to return the rental device within three (3) days from the end of your rental period will subject you to late charges. Late charges are billed in weekly increments consecutively for five (5) weeks. Note: Rental devices should only be returned in the return courier bag included with the rental package. Please do not return your rental device to a Sprint Store location.
